Easter Celebrations

 We celebrated Easter on the last day of term with our friends from Te Pihi and Te Putake. With a partner we searched in the Sensory garden for a tiny Easter egg and bunny shape. Each bunny had a letter on it. Together we had to sort the letters into words to reveal a message. The words said: "Happy Easter to you!" 

Off we went!

Budding Musicians!

 Te Kakano students love their Wednesday music sessions with Jen. We are learning to keep a beat, recognise a beat pattern and make music as a team.

Te Whare Kiwi Physical Education

 Te Kakano, Te Pihi and Te Putake students have enjoyed the relays and other fun games we have been learning and playing since swimming sessions have stopped. The teachers played an April Fool's trick on the students. They put real eggs inside the plastic eggs. At the end of the relay 3 out of 4 eggs had smashed! Well done to everyone! Great balancing skills!
